Page history last edited by Jane Casstevens 1 mo ago

Keyboarding skills are developed by practice.

The table below contains practice files similar to the typing program used in class. Directly open the files in the right column for classroom use. Files ending with .rtf can open automactically with Microsoft Word or be saved and open with Microsoft Works Word Processing.

  • No printing of lessons is required, the honor system can work.

  • Keep a clean doucment to use over and over.

  • Lessons 1, 2, 5, 9,  13, 17, and 20 are not found in the table.

  • Students must document daily lesson progress.

  • Lessons can be completed outside of class.

The handout Target Saving.rtf is slow to open.
If you are not in middle school, I suggest you always use the links in the right-side column.
Lessons in the left-side column will open as a web page. The lesson could be printed.
Do not make corrections. Just realize you have made a mistake and try to avoid making the same error again. Focus on your technique. Correct fingers on the right keys.
